By commissioning me you agree to all of my Terms of Service.

🌟 GeneralUsing my art for AI/NFT purposes or anything alike is strictly forbidden.You are allowed to use the artwork for personal purposes (as your header, banner, or profile picture) or re-post it with credit to me "KaiserHIax".You are NOT allowed to claim my art as your own!I have the right to decline any project or client for any reason.🔱 PaymentI work with 100% or 50% prepayment (half before I start and the rest after the sketch).I accept PayPal (in USD), Ko-fi, and Monobank (if you are from Ukraine). Other donation services can be discussed.I will start working on your commission after I receive the payment.You must pay for the fee if you use a service other than PayPal or Ko-fi.🏯Commission WorkEdits are only accepted during the sketching phase. Major and extra edits will cost from $3.You are allowed to request 3 free adjustments (unless it is my fault) during the sketching stage.I will provide WIPs (work-in-progress updates) 2-5 times so you can give feedback and ensure progress is in the right direction.Once the commission is finished, I can offer only small changes such as color adjustments and missing details but will not do major edits.After I finish the artwork, you will receive high-quality files via email or Google Drive.You are responsible for ensuring your order contains the details you want me to follow.👑 OrderingTo order an artwork, fill out the Commission Form on my website.Alternatively, you may DM me on any of my social networks to commission.References are not mandatory, but providing them is highly recommended. If you prefer not to give references, I charge a small additional fee. In such cases, I will create and present several concept options for you to choose from.💎 Commercial UsageThe additional price depends on the type of commercial business you're intending to do with the artwork. For example: Is the artwork partially or fully used for generating profit?The following cases count as commercial use: reproducing and selling the artwork (e.g., merch), using it for VTubing, or any scenario where you earn income from a platform featuring my artwork (e.g., Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, personal site, business cards, etc.).🛑 Refund PolicyI can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.Only a 50% refund is allowed if I have already provided the clean sketch.Once I start working on coloring, there will be NO REFUNDS.

Privacy fee: I will not post wips, draw on stream or share your illustration anywhere until I am allowed.
Commercial use: Ability to use commissioned art as merch, prints etc. and/or for VTubing. Intellectual property and credits remain with the artist (me).
Rush fee: If you need me to finish an artwork before my deadline. Also please note that quality of art may not be as polished as i'd like it to be due to the lack of time.
